I have to think of some type of regional business that customers can buy some item online or over the phone, and they will get their item delivered same day.What would people order like this?

One idea Ieam doing is you can go to businesses and residential neighborhoods and say they you would deliver them there dinner if they call for it,or people who are at work and dont wanna leave, you get there lunch/dinner for them with them leaving there jobs. Kinda like a concierge service.
