Before you sign up for anything, especially when someone says, earn X amount of $$, ask them to send you a copy of that or those checks.
Keep this in mind, that whether it is an established ‘home based business’ or one you start on your own, it’s not going to be free. If you create your own, you are going to need financial and legal advice, at the least, to make sure you and your clients are both protected. You are going to need a website and web developers, a shopping cart, etc.
If you are looking at something already established, beware of those that claim ‘quick’ income results. Honestly, I’ve been at this a while, and it didn’t happen quickly, but that is not what most want to hear because they may be in finacial straits requiring immediate relief.
I wrote a blog (link is in 2nd paragraph of my profile here) on advice for working from home. It’s all generic information and no ‘gottcha’ at the end to sell you my deal. It’s basic information I learned through the school of hard knocks and then by getting some good free mentoring.
