@oryangub Great question. It is best to fill with your own people you know because you can put in people who will build and quickly accelerate you income. If the positions get filled on their own it is a crapshoot how well they will build. You will not lose the first level earnings it will just take longer to get where you want to go. Just keep adding people and you will be fine. I am in the same position … they were placed for me. SBC is still exploding.
When It comes to these programs I am really confused. SBC is a 3×8 matrix. What I want to know is this: Concerning those 3 first spots that get filled from people I bring in, is it best to fill those first 3 spots with people you know are going to work on the business? What if 3 people fill those positions that are not motivated or not interested in the business. Do I lose the first level earning potential there because I did not place business minded hard workers in those first 3 spots?
